Elemental Balancing Audio Course
In this course we will learn about the 5 elements of earth, water, air, fire and ether.
How are these elements expressed within our body, within our energy system, within our habits and daily lives?
What kind of attitude does each of them carry ad what character traits do they evoke within us?
What happens when one of the 5 elements goes out of balance?
How can we increase or decrease a certain element if it is deficient or in excess in order to be whole?
We will explore how each element is represented structurally within the body, how it feels when it is expressed in a healthy way as opposed to suppressed or reactive, what energetic archetypes each of the elements carry, what useful practical ways can be done in order to maintain and optimize each element.. we will also go through a breathing practice session for balancing the elements with the healing sounds and there is also a guided meditation for embodying all the elements through inner feeling, visualization and soft movements.
